If product needs to be returned, you must obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) from Concord. Please call us at toll free: 1-888-591-8711 to arrange return or exchange.

All return items must be in their original packaging and contain a copy of original invoice. All return is subject to inspection before a replacement or credit can be processed. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective items returns. Returned item must be sent at the expense of the customer.

Special order items are non-returnable.
